Capture this image at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro, one of the most mythical stadiums in the world of soccer. For me, soccer beyond sports represents a form of social expression where the essential element is the fan. It's known that those who play are the players but without the existence of the fans it would not mean anything, this great work structure that has developed would be nothing without each fan who buys a ticket, shirts and also channels to be able to follow their club. Also the fan is capable of transcending rationality since for him this passion moves everything. Soccer is capable of uniting the rich and the poor and confront them on a field without social prejudice.
Returning to the photo I remember that moment of great tension where the team was looking for the passage to the second round of the Copa America Brasil 2019. The rival was Uruguay and you could see the atmosphere generated by the previous games ... the finger of JARA!
This same atmosphere was experienced in the gallery where one would see there were Chilean and Uruguayan fans shouting at each other.
That trip was great, the whole atmosphere generated by football was seen in the cities, fans of all nations walking in the streets of Rio. The great beach of Copacabana during the day and the bohemian nights of Lapa. Simply Rio is one of the funniest cities in South America.
Greetings to all!
I have never been in a stadium, in Brasil either haha, but I can imaginate that it's so cool! You can scream and enjoy with hundreds of people...
